Our Team

Serena Earp

Serena was raised in Dallas, Texas, and originally discovered her passion for sustainability in high school after attending a conference in Chicago. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering with a focus on energy engineering.

Prior to joining Trajectory, Serena worked for the WashU Office of Sustainability for three years developing solar project analyses, working in the building energy efficiency space, and reporting energy usage data. At Trajectory Energy Partners, she brings her passion for renewable energy and sustainability to the forefront of solar development.

Serena is excited to apply her skills to expand solar access, help green the grid, and contribute to the growth of community solar projects. When not crunching numbers or analyzing solar potential, you can find her exploring Chicago, listening to live music, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying the outdoors on walks and hikes.
