Generate predictable income, strengthen your community, and protect your land for the next generation.
“We want to commend Trajectory for taking the time to learn about the communities in which they site projects, creating intentional and strong relationships along the way. We are appreciative of the work they have done to engage our community. They have listened carefully to the advice from community members, like ourselves, in developing this project and taking it through the zoning process.”

Green Heron Solar
Curious if solar could work on your land? Trajectory's team can evaluate your land online for free. Click here to send us info about your land.
If your land has potential for solar, Trajectory will meet with you to learn more about your property and talk through the process.
If your land passes an initial screen, we’ll work with you to finalize an option for a site lease. Solar leases typically last 40 years, after which the land is returned to you, cleaner than we found it, for you to farm or develop as you like.
While some of it starts after lease drafting, we actually perform careful diligence throughout the project timeline. We work with your local utility to study the feasibility of interconnecting to the local electric grid, typically do some geotechnical work and, if applicable, wetlands delineation.
Trajectory works with you to introduce the project to the local community — meeting with neighbors and local officials about the benefits it will bring to the area. We are on the ground knocking on doors, holding open houses, and attending zoning hearings.
We work with experienced contractors and local workers who will build the solar arrays on your land.
Trajectory, or new project owners/operators, work with the utility to turn the project on once construction is complete.
