Our Team

Ava Haase

Ava grew up near Ann Arbor, Michigan, and attended the University of Michigan, earning a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering. Ava is passionate about sustainability and motivated to combat climate change and its impacts. She participated in a short study abroad experience in Iceland through the GREEN Program that focused on the country’s unique renewable energy generation methods, which drove Ava to work in the energy industry.

Ava began her career as a Project Engineer at Novi Energy, where she designed solar PV layouts and led due diligence for over 300 MW of utility-scale solar projects. She is excited to bring her solar energy knowledge to Trajectory and assist our construction team with diligence activities for community solar projects across Illinois.

Outside of work, Ava enjoys spending time outdoors and has recently taken up indoor rock climbing and bouldering. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
