Originally from New York, Jennifer Wlodarczyk currently resides in Washington, D.C. After attending the State University of New York College at Oneonta, she went on to graduate from Albany Law School in 2019. Throughout her career, Jennifer has concentrated in the areas of employment litigation and energy law. Before receiving a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Environmental and Energy Law at Georgetown University Law Center in 2024, she served as a First-Chair Associate Attorney focusing on employment anti-discrimination law litigation.
In addition to her practice, Jennifer interned at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Office of the Administrative Law Judges, where she provided critical research on energy regulatory issues. She is actively involved in professional organizations, including the NYS Energy Bar Association and the Women’s Energy Network.
Jennifer is passionate about promoting renewable energy initiatives and environmental sustainability. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, bird watching, and outdoor photography.
