Transaction AssociateMargaret is an accomplished renewable energy professional who is passionate about sustainability and has quickly made a mark in the industry. At Nautilus Solar Energy in Washington, she quickly rose from Project Engineer to Senior Project Engineer, where she excelled in technical due diligence, managed engineering deliverables, and coordinated with utilities across projects totaling over 150 MWs. Before her role at Nautilus Solar Energy, Margaret served as a Project Engineer at Standard Solar, Inc. in Maryland, where she designed various solar PV systems and conducted technical due diligence on projects in development.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Margaret moved to Washington, D.C., after graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biological Engineering, specializing in Renewable Energy Systems. Margaret currently resides in Washington, D.C., and enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, reading, and attending concerts.
