Elana is a born and raised Midwestern powerhouse from St. Charles, Missouri. She made her way to Chicago, IL to pursue a BA degree in Marketing with a minor in Live and Performing Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago. The first 3 years of her career was primarily in the live event space where she curated memorable moments for audiences at concerts, street festivals, and distilleries. Elana’s driving force behind each event she planned and executed was the direct impact she would make on those attending, which led her to HR where she focuses on enhancing the employee experience. She will always strive to create a positive working environment in order for the entire team to thrive.
