Isaiah was born and currently lives in Northern Illinois. He grew up spending most of his time outdoors–camping, fishing, riding bikes with friends and playing many sports. Isaiah graduated high school in the top of his class. After graduating, Isaiah accepted an internship at a commercial solar construction company in his hometown where he developed his passion for solar energy and became well versed in various aspects of the industry. Isaiah started as an Assistant Project Manager where he assisted with the day to day operations of the construction process. As Isaiah began to grow within the company, he transitioned to a hybrid Project development role where he oversaw estimating, procurement and was engaged in engineering coordination to ensure that the solar projects were hitting the ground running as soon as they were awarded.

Isaiah has a passion for travel, exploration, and adventure. He welcomes change and someday hopes to combine these passions with solar to leave the world a better place.
