Being born and raised in Chicago, Kristina is a city girl at heart. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology and started her career in Human Resources in the education-based non-profit space shortly after. There, she developed her passion for helping people feel like their best selves at work, as well as her dedication to servicing companies that are doing meaningful work. She is so excited to be a part of the Trajectory team where the work is having a direct positive impact on climate change and the local communities that Trajectory works with.

When not at work, you can find Kristina watching any and all horror movies with my dogs, Ghost & Boo.
